Job Title Stock Controller

Primarily we are looking for an experienced Stock Controller to manage our inventory, purchase from our suppliers and allocate stock for customer jobs to our factory and field-based staff. This role also involves regular stock audits, monitoring supplier costs and sourcing new suppliers.

You will be expected to monitor stock levels and accurately forecast the business needs and place & track orders to ensure timely deliveries.

Additional responsibilities include counter & showroom sales and maintaining clean, tidy and safe warehouse & showroom environments.

This role is based in Cashel in Co. Tipperary with some travel to our factory located 12Km outside of the town. Hours are 07:00 to 16:30 with occasional Saturdays staffing our showroom.



  • Stock control systems; tracking stock in real-time across multiple locations
  • Ordering; maintaining stock levels for business-critical items
  • Managing stock allocations for in-house technicians
  • Ordering and tracking for customer orders
  • Monitoring supplier prices
  • Forecasting supply & demand
  • In-depth knowledge of solid fuel appliances and/or plumbing & heating systems
  • HETAS accredited
  • Computer systems: Wasp Inventory Control, EPOS, Quickbooks accounting, Email & Microsoft Office
  • Forklift license, current driving licence
